30T/H Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System for Industrial Park, Vietnam


 

1. Project Overview

This large-scale industrial park in Vietnam covers multiple manufacturing workshops, including textile processing, product packaging and mechanical processing factories. Due to limited local municipal water supply capacity, the park adopts mixed water sources of river surface water and borehole groundwater for daily production water. However, raw water features unstable water quality, high suspended solids and seasonal turbidity fluctuations, which failed to meet unified industrial process water standards.
To solve the large-volume water purification demand and stabilize outlet water quality all year round, the park installed our 30T/H high-flow industrial reverse osmosis water treatment system with full automatic PLC online monitoring function. The system provides consistent qualified purified water for the whole industrial park and realizes centralized, stable and low-cost industrial water supply.

 

2. Raw Water Quality & Project Challenges

Raw Water Source:
Mixed river surface water + borehole groundwater
Key Water Quality Parameters:
  • TDS: 780 – 920 mg/L
  • High suspended solids and sediment content
  • Obvious turbidity fluctuation in rainy and dry seasons
 
Customer Pain Points:
Multiple factories share the same water source, resulting in inconsistent raw water quality. Seasonal water quality fluctuations often lead to unqualified process water, affecting production stability and product quality. The original simple filtration equipment could not remove dissolved salts and fine impurities, causing frequent equipment fouling in textile and mechanical production lines.

 

3. System Solution & Configuration

According to the characteristics of mixed water sources and large water consumption of the industrial park, we customized a complete set of 30T/H large-flow RO water treatment system with graded pretreatment and real-time water quality monitoring.
 
Complete Process Flow: Raw Water → Raw Water Tank → Feed Pump → Multimedia Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Antiscalant Dosing System → Security Filter → High-Pressure Pump → Reverse Osmosis System → Finished Water Tank

The project successfully realizes unified large-volume centralized water supply, completely eliminates production risks caused by seasonal water quality fluctuations, and reduces overall water treatment and equipment maintenance costs for the park.
